Leadership

Billy Evans, estimator and owner, has been in the business since the late-1960s. Brenda has been a part of construction industry since the early 1960s. Both have worked in construction in Northern Virginia since 1987. We are experienced in many projects including the new construction of townhomes, single family homes, large estate homes, and some commercial. We are experienced in large production projects for volume builders, sometimes framing entire communities. We enjoy remodeling and modernizing single and multi family residences. We also have experienced workers to complete you simple, minor repairs.
